Hosting This website is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd. (Cyprus). When you access the site, technically necessary data (server log files: IP address, date/time, page requested, browser, operating system, referrer) is processed for the secure operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). A data processing agreement is in place.

Database Content and enquiries are stored in a database provided by Turso (Tursodatabase, Inc., USA), with data stored in a data centre within the European Union (Ireland region). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Cookies and consent We use technically necessary cookies. Non-essential services (in particular Google Analytics) are only loaded after your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the "Cookie settings" page.

Contact and booking enquiries If you contact us via the contact form, e-mail or a booking enquiry, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, e-mail, phone, travel dates, message) to handle your request. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.

Web analytics (Google Analytics 4) This website uses Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited, Dublin). It is loaded only after your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and processes pseudonymous usage data; full IP addresses are not stored. Data may be transferred to Google LLC (USA), which is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. You can withdraw consent at any time via "Cookie settings". AI assistant "Traudi" Our website offers an AI-based chat assistant. When you use the chat, your inputs are transmitted to our service provider Anthropic PBC (San Francisco, USA) to generate a response. Anthropic does not use content submitted via the API to train its models. Transfer to the USA is safeguarded by standard contractual clauses. Please do not enter sensitive personal data in the chat. Chat logs are stored in pseudonymised form (e-mail addresses and phone numbers are removed beforehand) and deleted automatically after no more than 90 days. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) and (f) GDPR.

Storage period We store personal data only for as long as necessary for the respective purposes or as required by statutory retention obligations.
